Life is not always a bed of roses. Sometimes our situations are beyond our coping resources and we can benefit from professional help. For over thirty years, I have been mentoring emerging therapists and practicing as a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I am dedicated to help people find hope and healing through counseling.

My Emphasis:

My areas of specialty include marital and pre-marital counseling, adolescent counseling, parent-child relationships, anxiety, depression, and family therapy.

Uniqueness:

As a professor at Loma Linda University for over thirty years, I train counselors and maintain a clinical practice. I am also a workshop presenter nationally and internationally, and have served as a commissioner for 3 years on the Commission on Accreditation for Marriage and Family Therapy Education (COAMFTE).

Values:

I believe in a therapeutic environment that is collaborative, systems-oriented, and incorporates biological, psychological, social and spiritual dimensions, empowering a person or family toward achieving life at its best.
